Order Processing Time:

During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We provide shipping numbers & will notify you if there's a significant delay via text or email.                   

           Pre-Made Items:

• Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 1 week of purchase.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2–5 business days.

   Pre-Order Items:

  • Processing Time: Pre-ordered items require a processing period of 3-6 weeks before they are shipped out
  • Delivery Time:  After dispatch, pre-ordered items will be delivered within 3-12 business days.
